Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and jitawin2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the jitawin2 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all associated features (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, accessing any game, placing any bet, or otherwise using the jitawin2 platform in any capacity, you are indicating your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first interact with the platform in any of the ways described above.

These Terms should be read alongside jitawin2's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jitawin2.

jitawin2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of jitawin2 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jitawin2 enforces this requirement without exception. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or accessing any feature of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jitawin2 or through any responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party in relation to any account activity.

jitawin2 serves players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing online gaming services is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction. jitawin2 makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside its operational scope. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the full range of services offered by jitawin2, you must create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on jitawin2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jitawin2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available as a security feature within your account settings. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify jitawin2 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support@jitawin2.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access casino games, even a family member or trusted friend.

jitawin2 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to jitawin2 within a reasonable timeframe.

As part of the KYC verification process, jitawin2 may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or approving larger transactions. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and recent bank or mobile banking statements for address and payment verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

jitawin2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, game stakes, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are displayed and denominated in BDT. The platform does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals on jitawin2:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification status, payment method, and any promotional conditions attached to your account balance. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your jitawin2 account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times for withdrawals vary by method: mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 2–12 hours of approval; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. jitawin2 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your jitawin2 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to be receiving third-party deposits will be suspended pending investigation, and withdrawals will be withheld until the source of funds is satisfactorily verified.

jitawin2 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems unusual, including requests for additional documentation or a temporary hold on withdrawal processing while a review is conducted. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure applied in accordance with responsible financial practices.

Bonuses and Promotions

jitawin2 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general principles apply to all jitawin2 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players are entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, regardless of the number of devices or payment methods used.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited from your account without notice.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any account found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other form of bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus funds voided and may face account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, specific slots, or virtual sports may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

jitawin2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it, including but not limited to technical errors, abuse patterns, or regulatory changes. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of amendment will be treated in accordance with the terms that were in effect at the point of their opt-in.

Game Rules and Fair Play

jitawin2 hosts games provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

All random number generator (RNG) based games on jitawin2 use certified RNG systems supplied by the respective game providers. These systems are designed to produce genuinely random outcomes independent of any prior game history or player behaviour. jitawin2 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server disconnection, game freezing, or display error — jitawin2's records of game transactions will be used as the definitive reference for resolving any dispute. If a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical error attributable to jitawin2, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. Bets that have already been settled at the time of a technical issue remain settled.

For live casino games streamed in real-time, the decisions made by the live dealer and the outcome displayed on the physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) are final once the round is declared closed by the dealer. No disputes regarding the physical outcome of a live game round will be accepted after the round has concluded and results have been recorded.

For sports betting markets, all settlements are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the time of result confirmation. jitawin2 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of match manipulation, incorrect odds due to technical error, or if the event in question is abandoned or postponed beyond the parameters stated in the relevant market rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jitawin2 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further legal action where applicable:

• Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering to clear requirements without genuine risk, or any other scheme designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of jitawin2.
• Using the platform to conduct commercial gambling operations on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jitawin2 customer support staff or other platform users.

Account Suspension and Termination

jitawin2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to the player, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Confirmed or suspected underage account use.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified responsible gaming referral.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate the suspension of the account.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jitawin2 customer support at support@jitawin2. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after the deduction of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete.

In cases where account closure is initiated by jitawin2 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full if the breach involved financial dishonesty, fraud, or money laundering. In other closure scenarios, non-bonus real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all relevant checks are completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitawin2 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption to the platform caused by technical failures, network outages, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond jitawin2's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Losses associated with gambling outcomes, including but not limited to losing bets, losing game rounds, and loss of bonus opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jitawin2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

The jitawin2 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jitawin2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that all betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily. jitawin2 accepts no responsibility for the financial consequences of a player's gambling activity beyond the obligations expressly stated in these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

jitawin2 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: updates to the platform's features or services, changes in applicable laws or regulatory guidance, corrections of typographical or factual errors, or improvements to clarity and readability.

When material changes are made to these Terms, jitawin2 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are deemed significant, jitawin2 may also notify active players via email or through an in-platform notification. However, it remains the player's ongoing responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of the current Terms.

Continued use of the jitawin2 platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
